Financial Ledger is an optional integrated add-in for the Tracker-Series applications Auction-Tracker, Banquet-Tracker, and Tournament-Tracker.
Financial Ledger is a single-entry journal design. Users enter event vendors, expenses, and miscellaneous income transactions one time. Financial Ledger then uses that information and data from the Tracker-Series application to establish data relationships in document production, billings/receipts, tax documents, and correspondence. Financial Ledger provides immediate, real-time access to all levels of event expenses and revenue for comprehensive reporting and, when the event is complete, generates a full Statement of Profit and Loss and Financial Event Trending Analysis.
Key data components such as Chart of Accounts and Application Pick Lists are used from event to event to enhance data entry and reporting consistency from event to event.
